At Twocare Health Services Ltd we have developed expertise in providing home care to our clients living with complex
health conditions such as dementia, or those capable of doing some tasks by themselves but requiring monitoring.
We operate and offer our care services in England and Wales
We are used to working in close partnership with other health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary care team and we have relationships with other specialist health professionals and relevant council departments to ensure that we offer our care services in a professional manner aimed at improving the health outcomes of our clients.

Dementia care
Our approach to dementia care are based on respect and dignity for our client and we encourage them to do simple tasks under monitor
Hospital to home care
We can help you with the care of your loved ones after discharge from hospital.
Mobility care
Our professional carers are able to provide physical and emotional support to enable you or you loved one with mobility allowing you to live happily at home.
Domiciliary Care
Our Domiciliary care one or more if the following services offered at home:
- Preparing meals.
- General housekeeping – such as cleaning and doing laundry.
- Bathing and administering personal care.
- Dressing.
- Administering and supervising medication.
End of Life Care
End of life care is support for people who are in the last months or years of their life.
End of life care should help you to live as well as possible and to die with dignity. We always will ask you about your wishes and preferences and take these into account as we work with you to plan your care.
We also support your family, or other people who are important to you.
Leaning Disability
Learning disabilities are disorders that affect the ability to understand or use spoken or written language, do mathematical calculations, coordinate movements, or direct attention.
When diagnosed early Twocare Health Services can tailor care plans for affected individuals.
